While we do understand unexpected things come up and may prevent you from making your appointment, we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible.  If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service total price.  

Our therapists make a living from these services and many times have clients on wait lists for prime dates/times.  Please reach out to us when we send your appointment reminder if you think you will be unable to make it or need to reschedule.
